From 21 to 29 September 2026, Skopje hosted the IDO European Dance Championship 2026, welcoming more than 2,900 dancers from across Europe to T-Arena at the Boris Trajkovski Sports Center. For nine days the city was full of international guests discovering its food, cafés and landmarks.

Parade of Nations
One of the most memorable moments was the Parade of Nations on 25 September, when the participating countries and dancers came together in a colourful celebration of friendship and cultural exchange, attended by state representatives, diplomats and ambassadors.
